All cruise lines have ships which are child friendly the most popular ones are Disney, Carnival and Princess Cruises

Disney Cruise!! I went on it and its even fun for adults! There is a movie theater, several great restaurants, and paintball, ping pong, tennis, basketball. And the service is top notch! Highly recommend it.
