What cruise line would be the best to take two 15 months old twins on?
Depends. On the cruise I went on in January with Carnival, we left from Tampa and cruised to Grand Cayman and Cozumel. Grand Cayman was fun, we did our own tour. You can go and hang with the sting rays, I'm told they feel like big portbello mushrooms. When we did the beach by ourselves we found a secluded beach and when we went into the water, the fish came right up to us. These fish were black or blue, or yellow or all three.
The food on the ship was okay, but if you're hungry, that's your fault. The food was included, lunch, breakfast and dinner, anything else you paid for. There was a pool on the ship.
When we sailed to Cozumel, we visited the Mayan ruins, now that was cool to see that much history.

Most cruises have everything you will need: pool included, spa (at extra charge), lots of food included, shows/entertainment included. Shore excursions will cost extra.
By the way, is that English you're speaking in your question? I'm not sure I understood everything you were saying/asking.
