You never which agency will have the lowest rate, so it’s always best to shop around. There’s a site called CruiseCompete.com (http://www.cruisecompete.com) where you can select a cruise, then let agents compete to offer you the best deals. As they know they’re competing, you tend to get the best rates on this site. All of the prices include all taxes and charges, which makes it easy to compare (note: not all sites do this, so make sure you know the total cost when shopping around).
