I need to find it cheaper and I know with the economy it is out there some where. Please help, I am looking to leave out of Tampa Florida on the 24th of December 2009. A 4-5 day cruise on Carnival to Cozumel Mexico. Where are the deals?????
I cant figure out what is really the best cruise ship that you should travel with, but with these tips it would help you find the best cruise ship for you. http://www.cruisevacationsworld.com/blog/index.php/cruise-vacation-tip/great-ways-to-have-a-cheap-cruise-vacation/
Things are certainly changing with the current economy issues, but historically there have been very few bargains in cruises over the Christmas holidays, and no deep discounts. And the ships seem to be sold out very quickly, too. You can find pretty good deals in cruises just before and just after Christmas, but generally not during Christmas itself. However, things are indeed changing, so why not meet with a travel agent?

You need to go to the individual cruise lines web pages. from there you can enter dates and destination etc. and get all the info you need.
As far as what is best, your best and my best might be 100% opposite, and the next person you ask will be somewhere in the middle.

Go to: http://www.hotwire.com It is cheaper than the individual cruise websites and you can compare several companies options. We just got back from a cruise and are planning another one in December. Fabulous trip for the whole family!

Try to visit the news sources and blogs that track cruise deals. There are a number of them out there, and if you keep on top of them, you can often turn up some great bargains. The key is that the best deals tend to be announced with a limited capacity which can fill up quickly, so you have monitor them fairly closely.

i dont think you can find a 4-5 day cruise for less than that. Maybe a 2-4 day cruise with resident rate. I looked into going on a cruise last summer and it was a lot cheaper in the mid to end of august and beginning of september (this was for a 3 day cruise to mexico from california…it was $209 per person) Also, the distance is kind of far. You might find something cheaper if your destination was bahamas or the caribbeans or something
